Get a pallet or box.

Fill it with tear-outs or other used parts & prepare it for shipment.

Email buyback@protegis.com with the weight, size, and address; we will pay for UPS Freight and schedule pickup.

Protegis will go through the parts to determine what can be used and then issue a credit to your account.

Additional Program Details
- Parts deemed not usable are scrapped.
- We cannot use items that have:
- Water damage
- Arc marks (lightning/fire)
- Broken housings
- Please do a visual inspection so you can get the most out of the process!
- We RARELY need enclosures! Please remove all boards and transformers before shipping.
- Please check with BuyBack@Protegis.com for inquiries regarding other brands or questionable parts.

Dead & Excess Stock items must be returned separately from Used Parts.
New Part Returns
- New vs. Used Parts
Separate Buy Back Requests must be submitted for New vs. Used parts. All parts submitted/shipped with tear-outs and used parts will be valued as used parts. - Offer Required Prior to Shippment
Please communicate with our Buy Back team prior to any shipment. Based on the details supplied, we will make an offer. Upon acceptance of our offer, shipping instructions will be sent. - Credit Issued
Upon receipt we will inspect all parts and then issue a credit to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse parts that we deem not acceptable or we do not have a market for them. These parts are scrapped and will not be returned.
