The Amerex 6022 (factory P/N 06022-P) is a valve stem assembly used inside the valve body and "T"-handle valve lever of Amerex's Model 495 and 497 wheeled dry chemical fire extinguishers. It works with the valve's internal spring and collar O-ring to seal the cylinder and control agent discharge alongside the unit's 240 psi gauge.
