The Amerex 1124 is a genuine OEM collar O-ring, sized at 1-1/8 inch, that seals the valve body against the cylinder neck on Amerex hand-portable extinguishers using that collar diameter. As with Amerex's other valve-to-cylinder seals, it is meant to be replaced whenever the valve is removed from the cylinder for service, since a compressed O-ring will not reseal reliably.
