Amerex 15765

The Amerex 15765 Mechanical Time Delay is installed on the nitrogen actuation line of an Amerex industrial fire suppression system whenever a discharge time delay is required under the UL 1254 standard. It is the first component connected into the Mechanical Release Module (MRM) and is supplied with its own mounting clamp.

Key Features

• Delays the high-pressure nitrogen actuation gas from reaching the Actuation Network, even though gas valves and microswitches trip immediately on discharge
• Commonly used to allow exhaust fan run-down in paint spray booth applications before the suppression agent is released
• Serviceable design: spare parts include a plug, flow restrictor kit, set screw, nut, cap, o-ring, spring, and end cap
