The Amerex 16225 is a Job quick-response fusible link rated at 200°F, used as the heat-sensing trigger in an Amerex KP kitchen fire suppression system's mechanical detection circuit. Two metal struts held together under tension by a glass bulb separate the moment the bulb ruptures at its rated temperature, releasing the linkage that fires the system.
