The Amerex 16227 is a 360°F Job-style quick response fusible link for the detection network of an Amerex KP commercial-kitchen fire suppression system, sold in a 5-pack. Like the rest of the Job-style line, it holds two metal struts together with a solder pellet calibrated to separate at its rated temperature, releasing tension on the detection cable so the system's mechanical actuator fires the agent tank.
