The Amerex 20473 is a 48" flexible discharge hose used on the nozzle branch line of a kitchen fire suppression system where an appliance needs to be pulled out for cleaning without disconnecting its fire protection. Connected in place of a rigid pipe run, the hose lets the appliance move while keeping the fixed nozzle correctly positioned.
Key Features
- Absorbs appliance movement so protected equipment can be pulled out for cleaning without breaking the suppression connection
- Limited to use on the nozzle branch line only - not permitted on the supply line or supply branch line
- Minimum bend radius of 7" to avoid kinking or collapsing the hose
