The Amerex 22579 is a linear actuator that electrically triggers an Amerex Dry Chemical vehicle or industrial suppression system. It threads into the top of an Electric Control Head (P/N 14032) or Electric/Pneumatic Control Head (P/N 17068), which is bolted directly to the agent cylinder valve.
Key Features
- Activating the actuator drives a piston down inside the control head, depressing the agent cylinder valve stem to release the agent
- Interchangeable with P/N 20500 on the same control heads
- Supports Dry Chemical, ICS, AVT, and ACT system configurations
