The Amerex 671-2 is a de-ionized water recharge kit, packaged as two 2.5-gallon bottles, used to refill Amerex's 2.5-gallon B272 and B272NM water mist fire extinguishers after discharge or during scheduled service. De-ionized water is non-conductive and leaves no residue, which is why it's specified for water mist units protecting sensitive spaces like data centers and healthcare facilities; recharging requires a nitrogen pressurizing source set no higher than 125 PSI and the correct fill adapter.
