The Amerex 9857 is a fill adapter used to recharge Amerex 125, 150, and 250 lb. wheeled dry chemical extinguishers, as well as the 150 lb. Halon 1211, Halotron I, and SF-1230 agent cylinders. It threads onto the cylinder's ¾" and 1" hose assemblies so the technician can connect the recharge line during service.

- Covers both ¾" and 1" hose assembly connections on the larger wheeled agent cylinders
- Used together with the 05723 hydro-test plug when pressure-testing the same hose assemblies
