The Amerex 10259 is the stem puncture assembly inside the Manual Actuator (P/N 10210) used on Amerex fire suppression systems to manually release nitrogen gas from a cylinder into a pneumatic actuation network. Its stainless steel puncture point connects to the actuator's palm-button mechanism and is shielded from the elements by a rubber dust boot on the exposed shaft.
