The Amerex 16853 is a back shelf nozzle for Amerex's KP commercial kitchen fire suppression systems, engineered to deliver 1/3 of a system's total flow points to protect back-shelf and appliance-adjacent hazards. It's precision-machined so installers can identify its flow rating both by touch and by the "1/3 x BS" stamp on the nozzle body, and ships with a high-temperature metal cap that keeps grease and debris out of the orifice until the system discharges.
