The Amerex 22678 is a replacement accumulator assembly used to service the Pneumatic Release Module (PRM 16795) in Amerex Industrial (IS) fire suppression systems. It replaces the pressurized accumulator that stores the nitrogen charge the PRM releases to trip the system's discharge valve, and Amerex specifies that the complete backplate assembly (P/N 25697) be replaced along with it whenever the PRM comes due for its periodic hydrotest.
