The Amerex A2625 is a genuine OEM discharge lever and rivet, sized for the forged valve assembly used on Amerex dry chemical hand-portable models 400(T), 453, 479T, 443, and 456. Squeezing the lever against the fixed handle drives the valve stem off its seat to begin discharge, and it is built specifically for the forged valve platform rather than the cast aluminum or brass valves used on other Amerex model lines.
