The Amerex A3877 (factory part number 03877-P) is a replacement nozzle gasket for Amerex's 50 lb. wheeled dry chemical fire extinguishers, models 495 (ABC) and 497 (Purple K). It seats between the nozzle tip and the discharge hose assembly to maintain a pressure-tight seal during discharge, and is replaced whenever the nozzle or hose assembly is serviced or rebuilt.
