The Amerex A397 is an 11 lb. Halotron I clean-agent fire extinguisher built on a chrome-plated brass valve with a hose-and-nozzle discharge, sized for facilities that need the extinguishing capacity of Halotron without the residue of dry chemical. Halotron I discharges as a rapidly evaporating liquid that leaves nothing behind to clean up, making the 397 a common choice for data centers, control rooms, and other spaces with sensitive electronics.
