The Amerex A413 is a 20 lb. Purple K dry chemical fire extinguisher built for the oil, gas, chemical, and utility industries, where flammable-liquid and pressurized-gas fires are the main hazard. Its potassium bicarbonate agent is fluidized and siliconized for reliable flow through the hose and nozzle, and it out-performs standard ABC agents pound-for-pound on Class B fires.
