The Amerex A5239 is a genuine OEM collar O-ring that seals the valve body against the cylinder neck across a range of Amerex hand-portable and wheeled extinguisher models, including the 600 and 610 series. As with any valve-to-cylinder seal, Amerex calls for a fresh O-ring any time the valve is pulled from the cylinder for service rather than reinstalling the compressed original.
