The Amerex A5689 (factory part number 05689-P) is an O-ring for the discharge elbow on Amerex's 5 lb. carbon dioxide extinguisher, model 322 (and its non-magnetic variant, 322NM). It seals the elbow fitting where it attaches to the valve body, and is replaced along with the elbow during valve service.
