The Amerex C272NM is a 2.5-gallon, 100% non-magnetic water mist fire extinguisher purpose-built for MRI suites, clean rooms, and other environments where Class A fires occur near sensitive electrical or medical equipment. Its de-ionized water is discharged as a fine mist through a special nozzle, which cools and soaks the fire while limiting electrical shock risk and reducing the scattering of burning material.
