The Ansul 17630 is a quad-ring seal used at the valve-stem nozzle connection on Ansul RED LINE cartridge-operated fire extinguishers. Its four-lobed cross-section resists wear and twisting better than a standard round O-ring, and it is replaced during recharge service when the original ring has hardened or taken a compression set.
