The Ansul 428428 is a stainless-steel operating lever for Ansul Sentry dry-chemical fire extinguishers, fitting the A10I, PK10I, C10I, A20I, PK20I, and C20I models. Squeezing this lever against the carrying handle opens the extinguisher's discharge valve, so a bent, cracked, or seized lever has to be replaced before the unit can be recharged and returned to service.
