The Ansul 429853 is an AUTOMAN regulated mechanical release assembly used to trigger discharge of an Ansul R-102 restaurant fire suppression system. It houses the mechanism that controls the pressurized gas used to expel the extinguishing agent from the system's tank, and is a critical actuation component in single, double, and multiple-tank R-102 installations (the agent tank itself is ordered separately).
