The Ansul 441009 is a plunger stem used in the cylinder valve assembly of Ansul CD-50-D-1 and CD-100-D-1 wheeled CO2 fire extinguishers. Depressing the operating lever drives this stem into the valve to open it, releasing the pressurized carbon dioxide agent through the discharge horn.
