The Ansul 56104 is a puncture pin used in the cartridge receiver of Ansul A-101 and LT-A-101 vehicle fire suppression systems. When the system actuates, this pin punctures the seal on the nitrogen expellant cartridge, releasing the gas that pressurizes the tank and drives the dry-chemical agent out through the nozzles.
