The Ansul 77695A is an orange rubber blow-off cap for Ansul R-102 and PIRANHA restaurant kitchen fire suppression system nozzles, sold in packages of 50. Fitted over each nozzle, the cap keeps cooking grease and airborne grime out of the discharge opening between hood cleanings and blows off cleanly the instant the system actuates, so it never blocks the flow of extinguishing agent.
