The Apollo 1170-000 is a detector adjustment bracket for Fireray reflective beam smoke detectors, pre-drilled to mount Fireray 5000 detector heads, the Fireray 3000 transmitter/receiver unit, or the Fireray One self-aligning detector. It gives the installer 360-degree rotation plus up to 180 degrees of tilt adjustment, letting the beam be aimed precisely across a protected space, and it supersedes the earlier, now-obsolete 5000-005 bracket.
