The Apollo 45681-211USA is a short-circuit isolator base for the XP95 analog addressable loop, installed in place of a standard detector base at intervals along the loop wiring. If a wiring fault or short develops on one section of the loop, the isolator automatically disconnects that section so the rest of the loop, and every other detector on it, keeps communicating with the panel.
