The Apollo 45681-245APO is a Series 65 one-way-fit detector mounting base fitted with a relay output, providing one set of volt-free, changeover (form C) contacts that switch state when the fitted detector signals an alarm. It's intended for control units using a 4-wire detector supply and alarm-initiating circuit, and can also supply volt-free control signals to auxiliary equipment such as an automatic door closer where local codes permit.
