The Apollo 55000-335DCT is a replacement duct smoke detector head designed for installation in compatible Series 65 duct smoke detector housings. It is a conventional (non-addressable) photoelectric detector head intended for HVAC duct applications where remote smoke detection is required. The detector head twists into a compatible base within the duct housing. Testing can be performed using a magnet, the integrated test/reset switch, or approved test gas. The unit operates over a wide DC voltage range and is UL listed as a component for use in specific duct housings. This model is intended strictly as a replacement head and must be installed in approved duct smoke detector housings.
