The Apollo ORB-HT-41006-MAR is an Orbis Marine heat detector (CS) that tracks ambient temperature through a single thermistor producing a voltage output proportional to the surrounding air, making it a better fit than a smoke detector for dirty or smoky shipboard spaces. A red flashing LED confirms it has powered up correctly, a yellow SensAlert LED flags a fault condition, and Apollo's FasTest feature lets a technician run a four-second functional test from the panel without needing heat or smoke.
