The Bosch BATB-40 is a steel standby-battery enclosure used to house backup batteries for a Bosch fire alarm or security control panel installation. The red steel cabinet keeps the battery set enclosed and protected at the panel location, separate from the control panel's own housing, for installations where the batteries don't fit inside the panel cabinet itself.
