The Bosch RFDW-SM is a wireless surface mount contact designed for door and window monitoring in security and fire alarm systems. The reed switch magnetic contact transmits signals at 433.42 MHz and is supervised for low-battery, cover-tamper, and removal-from-mounting surface tamper conditions. Powered by a single user-replaceable AAA lithium battery with an operational lifespan up to 5 years, the RFDW-SM features a compact design with stainless steel faceplate on a standard single electrical backbox.
