Buckeye BFR-AC-L

The Buckeye BFR-AC-L is the large actuation nitrogen cartridge for the Buckeye Kitchen Mister wet chemical fire suppression system, sized for high-volume V-bank hoods and multi-appliance cook lines such as those found in hospitals and university cafeterias. When the system trips, a firing pin punctures the cartridge's sealed diaphragm and releases high-purity dry nitrogen through pneumatic pulse hydraulics, generating enough pressure to overcome the spring tension of multiple agent-cylinder valve actuators and fully discharge the system within the first 500 milliseconds.
