The Eaton Wheelock RSSWP-2475W-ALW is a weatherproof wall-mount xenon strobe from the RSS series, built for outdoor and wet-location fire alarm notification. It carries a white housing with an amber lens and "ALERT" lettering, and runs on 24 VDC with a field-adjustable output of 30 candela indoor or 115/180 candela outdoor.
