The DMP DMP-893A is a dual telephone line supervision module that allows compatible DMP command processors to detect and report a phone line failure to both the premises and the central monitoring station. It continuously monitors the primary and backup lines for a sustained voltage drop and automatically switches communication to the secondary line if the primary fails.

- Two-minute trouble delay and one-minute restore delay to reduce nuisance signaling
