The Ditek DTK-5MB is a five-module Snaptrack-type mounting base built to hold field-replaceable modules from Ditek's 2MHLP series of surge suppressors. Rather than hardwiring each protection module directly to the circuit, the base provides the wiring terminations and snap-in mounting points, so an installer can seat up to five 2MHLP modules on one rail and swap any of them individually later without touching the field wiring.
