The Edwards 591 is a 590 Series Class 2 signaling transformer that steps 120V primary power down to 16VAC for standard doorbells and chimes in residential and commercial installations. It's designed for simple, low-voltage power delivery and mounts either through a standard 1/2" knockout or as a surface unit using its provided foot mounts.
