The Edwards CSB4U-1 is a standard 4-inch detector base for Edwards EC Series plug-in smoke and heat detector heads, mounting to a standard 4-inch square electrical box and shipping complete with a trim ring. It provides tamper-resistant plug-in mounting for the detector head along with screw terminals for field wiring, accepting wire sizes from #18 AWG up to #12 AWG.
