The Edwards EC2-OSH is a conventional two-wire, multi-criteria photoelectric smoke and heat detector from the interchangeable-head EC2 Series, pairing an Optica-technology optical smoke chamber with a heat sensor fixed at 135 F plus rate-of-rise compensation. Because it's a two-wire device, it can share the same initiating circuit wiring as other conventional detectors on the same zone, and it uses the EC2 family's interchangeable head/base design, compatible with the S10A base, shared with the Signature-derived Optica sensing platform.
