The Edwards G1R-HD-E is a Genesis Temporal Horn, an audible-only wall-mount notification appliance in a red housing, built to sound a code-compliant temporal pattern rather than pair with a strobe. It's rated for roughly 90 dBA output and supports several selectable tone patterns, so the same physical horn can be configured for a temporal or continuous signal to match the panel it's wired to. It's also sold under Edwards' Carrier-branded fire alarm line as the same physical part.
