The Edwards SIGA-AB4G is a Signature Series audible sounder base that adds a local sounder function to any Signature Series single-function smoke detector, mounting into a standard 2-1/8" deep, 4" square North American electrical box (or the optional AB4G-SB surface box). Jumpers on the base select steady or temporal tone and high or low dB output, and the base can sound independently with its own detector or be grouped with other bases on the same circuit for a synchronized zone or system alarm using a SIGA-CRR polarity-reversing module and a G1M-RM signal master.
Key Features

- Field-selectable temporal or steady tone via jumper (default: temporal)

- Can operate as an independent local alarm or as part of a synchronized group/zone alarm
- Uses the same address and programming label as the detector it supports
