The Edwards SIGA-SEC2 is an intelligent, addressable dual-input security module for the Signature Series data loop, connecting one or two normally-open or normally-closed dry-contact security devices -- door contacts, motion detectors, glass-break sensors, and similar locally-powered inputs. Each of the two circuits is independently assigned an installer-selected "personality code" that determines whether that circuit reports a security alarm, tamper, trouble, or maintenance condition, and the module's on-board microprocessor and non-volatile memory handle that logic locally before reporting to the host panel.
Key Features
- Two independent dry-contact input circuits, each with its own selectable personality code
- Electronic addressing -- no dip switches or dials, each module has a unique stored serial number
- Small thermoplastic enclosure designed for surface mounting without an electrical box
- Diagnostic LEDs and non-volatile memory for on-board fault/service indication

- Wiring terminals: 16 AWG (1.00 mm²) to 22 AWG (0.25 mm²)
- Compatibility: EST3 Signature loop controllers, requires two Signature addresses
