The Evergreen QSA316 is a Quik-Seal compression adapter sized for 1-inch pipe, used where a fire-suppression system's pipe or a mechanical detection-line conduit passes through a commercial kitchen exhaust hood or duct. The seal creates a liquid-tight, grease-tight closure around the penetration without any in-field welding, helping the installation meet NFPA 96 kitchen-exhaust requirements for a sealed hood or duct penetration.
