The Fike 55-042 is a supervised (non-isolator) control module used with Fike CyberCat and Cheetah Xi intelligent fire alarm control panels to switch external power to notification appliances or release solenoids on sprinkler/suppression systems, or to activate a Fike Masterbox interface module. It supports Class A or Class B field wiring and continuously monitors the connected circuit for open and short conditions through an end-of-line resistor while external power is not switched to the load.
