The G212K is a Globe Technologies Model K fusible link rated at 212°F, used as the heat-activated release element in fixed fire suppression and detection systems. When ambient temperature at the link reaches its rated setpoint, the fusible alloy separates, releasing the mechanical linkage to trip the system.
