The Fire King OS2 is a 1/16" oval swage sleeve, zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, used to crimp a loop or termination into a small-diameter wire cable. In kitchen hood fire suppression systems, mechanical cable-and-pulley release mechanisms run small-diameter cable from the fusible links or manual pull station to the system's release head, and oval sleeves like this one are the standard way to form the cable-end loops and connections in that run. It's supplied in packs of 100 for technicians building or repairing several cable runs on a service visit.
