The Fire King TF1000-FG is a diamond-shaped metal tag fastener used to attach a written inspection tag to a fire extinguisher's pull-pin ring, working much like a small key ring or paper-clip-style loop that a technician squeezes open, threads through the tag and the pin, and lets snap ("deadlock") back into a closed loop.
