The Fire-Lite CDRM-300 is a multi-function addressable module that combines two Form C relay outputs and two Class B monitor inputs on one board, using built-in rotary decade switches to claim up to four consecutive SLC addresses. Disabling the second relay output or monitor input through an onboard DIP switch frees its address for another device on the loop.

- Replaces two separate relay control modules and two monitor modules with a single board
- Rotary decade address switches select the base address from the module's faceplate
- Individually disable relay output 2 or monitor input 2 to reclaim SLC addresses
- Mounts directly to a 4-inch square electrical box, or to a DNR/W duct housing
