The Fire-Lite M02-09-00 is a telescoping-handle test magnet used to functionally test Fire-Lite smoke and multi-criteria detectors from floor level without disassembly. Passing the magnet near the sensing chamber electronically simulates smoke, exercising both the sensor electronics and its wired connection back to the control panel so a technician can confirm proper alarm response during routine testing.
